Better than 5 star accommodation

My first visit to this Cairns hotel, and not disappointed whatsoever! Booking over the phone a day prior was easy, hotel check-in was very easy, and the reception staff were friendly and explained everything that was required. The hotel room was all I needed, clean and spacious, nothing out of place, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had more than enough supplies. The rate was very good for what you get, basically a 5-6 star experience. The accommodation is a 3-minute walk to the Esplanade and all the bars and restaurants in Cairns. - Perry W, Tripadvisor

Fabulous Cairns hotel!

This accommodation in Cairns is pure luxury! I did lots of research before I booked our 2 nights in Cairns. It is ideally placed with private parking so that was ideal. We were a family of 3 and our room was perfectly sized and very luxurious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were all extremely polite and helpful. Excellent Cairns apartment

We stayed two nights in a two-bedroom apartment in Cairns and wish we stayed longer. Everything is provided for self-catering, with a full-size fridge, oven and stove top and dishwasher. The bathroom amenities were divine, and having two bathrooms was so handy as was the washing machine and dryer. The central location is perfect, just a block from the Esplanade and close to restaurants and the Esplanade lagoon. We've stayed at Riley Crystalbrook in Cairns too and loved Bailey just as much. Cairns is long overdue for hotel upgrades, and after staying at nearly all of the Cairns hotels over the last ten years, Crystalbrook’s offerings are second to none. On arrival, we were greeted by friendly and efficient staff members who always exceed our expectations. We had a great “grab and go” breakfast of fresh coffee, warm muffins, locally made yoghurt and juice - all included in our room rate.
