Where do I apply the code?

1. Add the code at the end of the checkout process, in the field labelled ‘Promo Code’.
2. Ensure you hit the ‘Apply’ button, otherwise the bonus offer will not apply.
3. The bonus will then calculate on the eligible products and will show the value of your extra eGift Card with a green rectangle highlighting it.
4. Then, click ‘Complete Purchase’ to finalise your transaction

Will I get a separate eGift Card for every card over $100 that I buy?

No - when you buy multiple Crystalbrook or Eleme eGift Cards with card face values of $100 or more, your 15% bonus eGift Card will be calculated as 15% of your full transaction amount.

If you purchase a Crystalbrook eGift Card of $100, an Eleme eGift Card of $100, and an Eleme eGift Card of $150, your transaction total will be $350. The 15% will be calculated on the total of $350, and you will receive a $52.50 Crystalbrook eGift Card to your email address as the purchaser.

Can I buy multiple eGift Cards for separate people?

Yes, you definitely can, follow the below steps:

1. Add your first eGift Card to your cart by completing the fields: Amounr, Recipient's Name, Recipient's Email, Sender's Name, Delivery Date and optional Message.
2. Click Add to Cart
3. Then, re-fill the form again and repeat the above two steps, making sure to put the correct new recipient's details.
4. Once complete, click 'Review & Checkout'
5. Review your orders and recipient details
6. Click 'Begin Checkout'
7. Sign into your account if required
8. Complete the payment details and the Promo Code field with code 'BONUS15'
9. Click 'Apply' on your Promo Code
10. View the bonus eGift Card amount applied to your order
11. Click 'Complete Purchase'

Please note, when you buy multiple Crystalbrook or Eleme eGift Cards with card face values of $100 or more, your 15% bonus eGift Card will be calculated as 15% of your full transaction amount.

I want to get a separate bonus eGift Card for every unique card over $100 that I buy. How do I do this?

To receive a separate bonus 15% value eGift Card per eligible eGift Card that you are purchasing, you must submit your card purchases as separate transactions.

Do I get the bonus if I buy an $80 Crystalbrook eGift Card and a $20 Eleme Spa eGift Card?

No - to qualify for the bonus 15% value left Card, the face value of the card you are purchasing must be $100 or more in a single eGift Card.

Can I transfer or gift the bonus eGift Card to someone else?

Yes! The bonus eGift Card can be gifted to someone else. Simply forward the email to the recipient's email address. Please note that Crystalbrook Collection will not be responsible for the loss of an eGift Card or its value in the event it is forwarded to the incorrect email address. The standard Crystalbrook Gift Card terms and conditions apply.

I ordered multiple $100 eGift Cards and didn’t realise the bonus would come as one single card. Can I split the 15% bonus eGift Cards into separate cards?

Unfortunately no. The single bonus eGift Card cannot be split into smaller values. The standard Crystalbrook Gift Card terms and conditions apply.

When will I receive my bonus eGift Card?

Your bonus eGift Card will be emailed to you separately within 24 hours of your purchase, normally it will arrive immediately after you complete your transaction successfully.

How long is the bonus gift card valid?

The bonus eGift Card is valid until the 24th of December 2027, giving you or your gift recipient 3 years (36 months) to redeem the value.
