G+T Trolley

Let the evening beGIN.

Join us in the sunken lounge (aka conversation pit!) from 5:00pm, any day of the week, for an afternoon G+T. Our G+T trolley features a rotating selection of Australian craft gins with accompanying CAPI Australian-made sparkling beverages, fresh fruits and citrus.

On the trolley right now, Brookies Byron Gin and Brookies Slow Gin - a little taste of our sibling resort, Crystalbrook Byron in Byron Bay. It’s the perfect way to start your night exploring the best Surry Hills bars.

Honour Bar

Featuring an exquisite custom-made drinks cabinet filled with a top-shelf collection of your favourite beverages and a beautifully curated selection of sweet and savoury bites to be enjoyed at the bar, in the sunken lounge, or on the rooftop overlooking Surry Hills.

As you would in a private home, mix yourself a cocktail, grab a bottle of wine or some gourmet nibbles whenever you please.

Shaffa

Just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the hotel (read: right next door), are the maestros of Middle Eastern dining, Shaffa. Sharing our heritage surrounds, this lively Surry Hills restaurant and bar is open for dinner and brunch on select days. The dishes, including Kingfish saffron ceviche, fresh focaccia and oysters with mint lemon granita, are unbelievably moreish - you'll be coming back for more. Believe us.

If you feel like staying in

In-room dining never sounded so good. Order in your favourite dish from one of Sydney's best cafes or restaurants via our Deliveroo menu and we'll have it trayed, styled and brought up to your room without you ever having to leave the bed (or the bath).

Once your dinner plans are sorted, it's time to explore the local bar scene. Start with a cold beer or rooftop spritz at The Clock Hotel, or head to Dead Ringer for a laid-back cocktail crafted to perfection. Tio's Cerveceria on Foster Street is always up for a fiesta with a menu of classic, fruity and spicy margaritas.

For wine lovers, Poly pairs its expertly curated wine list with share plates that are perfect for grazing. Prefer live music and late-night bites? Harpoon Harry keeps the good times rolling well into the evening.
