For one day only, indulge in a curated set menu showcasing the finest the sea has to offer. At just $85 per person (minimum two people), you’ll start with a tempting seafood share board featuring grilled octopus, red claw with citrus salsa, salmon ceviche, and scallops. The main event? A whole Tablelands baby barramundi, roasted to golden perfection, paired with sides that could steal the show.
