This Good Friday, April 18, CC’s Bar & Grill will be open with fresh Australian oysters, a one-of-a-kind set menu as well as all your favourites.
For one day only, our Chef has curated a set menu showcasing the finest the sea has to offer. At just $85 per person (minimum two people), you’ll start with a seafood share board featuring grilled octopus, red claw with citrus salsa, salmon ceviche, and scallops. The main event? A whole Tablelands baby barramundi, roasted to golden perfection, paired with sides that could steal the show.
