Set beside a lush rainforest oasis, Forest Byron Bay celebrates sustainability, working hand-in-hand with local farmers, growers and artisans. Contemporary, social, approachable and distinctly Australian, our Byron Bay restaurant offers an immersive dining experience showcasing the region's abundance of stunning ingredients.
Passionately local, over 80% of Forest's ingredients come from within a three-hour drive of the Resort. We're also doing our bit to grow, consume and compost with an on-site herb garden, four Flow beehives and seven Subpods®. Dishes range from snacky - shucked oysters, charred kingfish crudo and grilled wattleseed bread with whipped lemon myrtle - to more substantial dishes, like Ballina prawn fettuccine and Angus beef burgers in brioche buns.

A short ride from Byron Bay, Harvest offers a unique dining experience spanning across a restaurant, historic bakery and local delicatessen. Beach Byron Bay
Overlooking Clarkes Beach, Beach Byron Bay is one of the few restaurants in Byron Bay with a prime beachfront location. The restaurant offers award-winning indoor and outdoor dining with unmatched ocean and mountain views. Patrons can enjoy a relaxed meal on the restaurant's large outdoor deck while watching the passing parade of dolphins, migrating whales, and surfers catching the last waves of the day as the sun sets over Wollumbin. The nearby Beach Kiosk, sitting on the headland of Clarkes Beach, is the perfect post-swim meeting spot for coffee, breakfast, or a light lunch in Byron Bay.

Three Blue Ducks is set on a sprawling 80-acre farm in Byron’s great outdoors, with both the lighthouse and hinterland as a stunning backdrop. With fresh farm-to-table dishes, pizzas from the wood fire oven, an Argentinian grill, and a top selection of Australian craft beers, wines and ciders, Three Blue Ducks is the perfect spot for a family day out or festive celebration.
Open for breakfast from 7:30am till 11:30am and lunch 12pm to 3pm Monday through to Sunday, and dinner 5pm to 10pm Friday to Sunday. The Store is open Monday – Thursday 7am to 4pm, and Friday – Sunday 7am to 5pm.
