Fantastic Fungi Feast

Saturday 3 May | 6.30pm in Forest Byron | $99 per person

This is one for the mushroom lovers. For those who know the joy of a perfectly sautéed shiitake. For the curious, the seekers and the flavour chasers.

Forest Byron Bay joins forces with SuperFeast and Shroom Bros for a one-night-only dinner that explores the quiet magic of fungi.

Think lion’s mane, cordyceps and tremella alongside freshly harvested varietals from Shroom Bros. Five courses, thoughtfully designed to bring out the texture, flavour and medicinal qualities of each mushroom.

Begin with a warm tonic on arrival. Then take your seat at the long table, surrounded by lush greenery and the soft sounds of the rainforest. Expect crisp mushroom cigars, scallops in neural nectar broth, slow-roasted beef with pressed terrine, and a tremella-laced millefeuille to finish.

Come hungry. Leave nourished.
