This Mother's Day, celebrate with a high tea inspired by rainforest botanicals, small-batch gin and the flavours of the Northern Rivers.
In partnership with Cape Byron Distillery, Brookie’s Gin High Tea is served in Forest Byron Bay, with soft afternoon light and views across 45 acres of subtropical rainforest. The menu blends local ingredients with playful nods to Brookie’s award-winning spirits, from trout cured in gin to Davidson plum lollypops and rhubarb jam spiked with Dry Gin.
Each guest also receives a complimentary tour at Cape Byron Distillery, valued at $45 per person. Wander through the rainforest with a G&T in hand, meet the native botanicals behind the bottle and finish with a guided tasting.
Guests are encouraged to leave time to explore the forest trails at Crystalbrook Byron before or after their sitting.

Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full per person.
