Arrival at Eléme Day Spa

To give you and your therapist time to plan your stellar experience, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. If you arrive late, we may need to reduce your treatment time. We’ll do our best to avoid that, but it’s not always possible.

Medical conditions

When making your reservation, please advise us of any medical or health conditions, allergies or injuries that might affect your spa experience.

Pregnancy

Our team will help you select the most suitable treatments for you to enjoy during your pregnancy. Even though we don’t massage in the first trimester, we have treatments and pregnancy massages in Cairns suitable for mums-to-be and nursing mums.

Minimum age

You’ll need to be at least 16 years of age to use the spa services.

Spa formalities

Mobile phones are off the menu to make things more chillaxing and comfortable for everyone; please place all devices on silent.

Cancellations

A 50% charge will apply for any treatments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hours’ notice. The same applies to no-shows and gift certificate bookings.

Gift cards

Gift cards are available for all treatments, packages, and products. Cards are valid for 36-months from purchase.

Spa safe

Your health and ours is our top priority. We regularly sanitise common contact surfaces and treatment rooms and allow extra time between guests to ensure this is done to our satisfaction.

Our Cairns spa staff are even more diligent than usual with their hygiene routines and have been asked to stay home if showing any cold symptoms. As a precaution, we will be wearing face masks when performing facials while continuing the work with our usual enthusiasm and dedication.

We would ask that you look after us and cancel your appointment if you show any signs of a cough, fever, breathlessness, sore throat, or runny nose.

Please use our hand sanitiser upon entering and leaving the spa and maintain social distancing where possible. Facial masks can be made available for guests should you feel this necessary.
