Newcastle's finest High Tea affair 

As the gentle clink of teacups fills the air, treat yourself to a selection of sweet and savoury delights, in the company of your loved ones.

You’ll be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine before settling into a spread of savoury indulgences. Think; smoked salmon pinwheels, scrumptious chicken and dill on crisp bilini, and cucumber, brie, and smoked caviar sandwiches that offer a perfect balance of flavour (and luxury). And for a bit of crunch, our BBQ pork spring rolls, paired with a sweet chili BBQ sauce, bring just the right touch of spice.

Allow sweet temptation carry you away with caramel almond tartes, raspberry chouchous, and chocolate les caroline, plus creamy banana chouxclair.

Of course, it wouldn't be high tea without traditional lemonade scones served with rich vanilla double cream and jam.

Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 11:00am, 01:00pm and 03:00pm.

Pricing: $79 per adult, which includes:

  • A selection of Ms Mary desserts and scones with jam and cream.
  • Savoury delights (did someone say caviar?)
  • Unlimited tea and Sprocket Single Origin Coffee.
  • A glass of First Creek ‘Botanica’ Sparkling on arrival 

Additional $30 per person for free-flowing sparkling wine.

Bookings are essential and close at 12pm Wednesday for all bookings that week

Terms and Conditions

  • High Tea is served in Ms Mary's on the Ground Floor of Crystalbrook Kingsley. This is a mix of low tables and lounge chair seating.
  • Only available Fri 7th Feb - Sun 30th March 2025
  • Prepayment is required via Seven Rooms to secure table reservations
  • Any balance to be paid on the day before departure with card.
  • No split bill.
  • In-house guest(s) may charge their balance to their room accounts if valid credit card details have been provided at check-in.
  • Additional seats cannot be added on the day.
  • The menu is subject to change without notice based on availability.
  • No candles, flowers, props or tableware is to be taken after your experience has ended. Charges may apply for missing items.
  • Cancellation + No Show Policy:
  • Prepayment will not be refunded in the event of no show or cancellation.
  • In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation, and the prepayment will not be refunded or transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances. The venue will retain the payment permanently.
  • A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays and will be charged in addition to your package cost on the day when dining on a public holiday.
