CC’s Bar and Grill Bellini Recipe
They’re fizzy and refreshing. Perfect for when you are hosting brunch or enjoying a lazy summer weekend
Ingredients:
- 30ml Joseph Carton Crème De Pêche
- 30ml peach puree
- The Lane Sparkling Brut
- Lemon peel
- Ice
Method:
- Combine peach puree and Joseph Carton Crème De Pêche in a shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain into a flute glass, top with The Lane Sparkling Brut and garnish with lemon peel.
- Fizz, clink, sip!
