The Crystalbrook Collection 'Up to 30% Off’ Sale is available for bookings made on crystalbrookcollection.com or via 1300 002 050 directly with Crystalbrook Collection Hotels and Resorts.
The offer is available for purchase from 9:00am AEST Tuesday 21 April 2026 until 11:59pm AEST Wednesday 06 May 2026. Crystalbrook Crowd 'Up to 30% off' rates are valid for stays on select dates from 22 April 2026 until 22 April 2027.
To access up to 30% off, customers need to sign up to Crystalbrook Collection’s 'The Crowd'. Sign-up is free and you can sign up here or when you book. Members of the Crystalbrook Crowd need to supply a valid email address, mobile phone number, postcode, first name and last name, and opt-in to receive email and SMS marketing communication from Crystalbrook Collection. Members of the Crystalbrook Crowd receive 10% off accommodation at Crystalbrook Collection hotels and resorts when booking directly via the website, and also 10% off Crystalbrook Collection restaurants and bars. During the Sale period, the additional 10% off that Crystalbrook Crowd members receive is factored into total pricing. This additional discount will bring available rates up to a maximum of 30% off. Non-Crowd members can only access rates up to a maximum of 20% off.
Complimentary late check-out is available until no later than 12:00pm and is strictly subject to availability at the time of stay.

Available only for new reservations and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Discount is applicable to your room booking only and is not applicable to restaurants, bars, or mini bar. The 'From $203 per night’ rate is based on the lowest available lead-in room type at select properties on select dates. Rate is subject to availability and may not be available on all dates or at all hotels. Price is based on lead-in accommodation and excludes extras or incidentals. Advertised ‘from’ rates and savings were correct at time of publication and are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Pricing is current as at 9:00am AEST 20 March 2026.
Savings of up to 30% are available for a limited time and apply to select room types and dates across participating hotels. Discount applies to the ‘Stay Only’ rate and is compared to the hotel’s standard flexible rate.
All bookings made under this promotion are pre-paid and non-flexible. No cancellations or amendments permitted.

A valid credit card is required at time of booking and full pre-payment will be taken at the time of reservation. Payments made by credit or debit card will incur a 1% transaction fee. Payments made using EFTPOS do not incur transaction fees.
Not available in conjunction with corporate, negotiated, wholesale, crew or industry rates.
In the event of a no-show, the full pre-paid amount will be forfeited.
A credit card and valid photo ID are required at check-in. A pre-authorisation may be taken to cover incidentals.
Additional guests, rollaway beds and cots may incur extra charges. Child and extra person policies vary by hotel.
