Crystalbrook Collection August Sale 2026 – Terms & Conditions

The Crystalbrook Collection August Sale is available for bookings made via crystalbrookcollection.com or by calling 1300 002 050 directly with Crystalbrook Collection Hotels and Resorts.

The offer(s) are available for purchase from 9:00am AEST Tuesday 11 August 2026 until 11:59pm AEST Friday 28 August 2026. Crystalbrook Crowd members receive exclusive early access from 11 August 2026 until 12 August 2026. The sale opens to the general public on 13 August 2026 from 10:00 am.

The promotion is valid for eligible stays on selected dates from 11 August 2026 until 31 July 2027. Blackout dates apply.

Participating Hotel Offer

At Crystalbrook Bailey, Crystalbrook Byron, Crystalbrook Flynn, Crystalbrook Kingsley, Crystalbrook Riley and Crystalbrook Vincent, and Bailey Residences the offer includes:

  • Overnight accommodation.
  • Complimentary daily breakfast for up to two staying adults.
  • One child under 12 years enjoys complimentary breakfast when dining with each staying adult (maximum two children per booking).
  • Crystalbrook Crowd members receive an additional 10% off the eligible promotional accommodation rate with promo code THECROWD
  • Fully flexible bookings with cancellation in accordance with general booking terms and conditions here.

Crystalbrook Albion 

  • Crystalbrook Albion participate in the August Sale with additional accommodation discounts. At Crystalbrook Albion, every stay already includes complimentary light daily continental breakfast of fresh fruit, locally baked pastries, tea and coffee.
  • Eligible Crystalbrook Albion sale bookings receive:
    • Crystalbrook Crowd members: up to 30% off accommodation 'BAR' - Best Available Rate
    • Public guests: up to 20% off accommodation 'BAR' - Best Available Rate

Crystalbrook Crowd

  • To access Crystalbrook Crowd member offers, guests must book the eligible Crystalbrook Crowd promotional rate and be a member of Crystalbrook Collection's loyalty program, Crystalbrook Crowd.
  • Membership is free and guests may join online or during the booking process.
  • Members are required to provide a valid email address, mobile phone number, postcode, first name and last name, and consent to receive email and SMS marketing communications from Crystalbrook Collection.
  • Crystalbrook Crowd membership is subject to the Crystalbrook Crowd Terms and Conditions.

Breakfast Inclusions

  • Complimentary breakfast is available only at participating hotels, in designated dining venue, and is provided daily for up to two staying adults occupying the room (and one child per staying adult under 12 years old).
  • Breakfast inclusions, menus and service styles vary by property and are available only during each hotel's designated breakfast service hours.
  • Breakfast excludes in-room dining and/or takeaway unless otherwise specified by the hotel.
  • The complimentary breakfast inclusion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, substituted or redeemed for cash, credit or any other hotel service.

Children's Breakfast

  • At participating breakfast properties, one child under 12 years of age enjoys complimentary breakfast when dining with each staying adult (maximum two children per booking).

Booking Conditions

  • Bookings made under this promotion are fully flexible.
  • Reservations may be cancelled or amended without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations or amendments made within 24 hours of arrival, or failure to arrive (no-show), may incur the applicable cancellation fee in accordance with the booking conditions provided at the time of reservation.
  • Existing bookings are not eligible to be amended to this promotion. Guests wishing to access the promotional rate may cancel and rebook, subject to the applicable booking conditions, promotional availability and the offer remaining available.

Rates & Availability

  • Rates and inventory are dynamic and subject to availability.
  • Rates may fluctuate during the promotional period based on demand, seasonality, room type and availability.
  • Advertised savings are calculated against the hotel's eligible flexible accommodation rate available at the time of booking.
  • Blackout dates, minimum night stays and room type exclusions may apply.
  • The promotion is available on new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, package or discount unless otherwise specified.
  • The promotion applies to accommodation only. Additional food and beverage purchases, mini bar, spa treatments and other hotel services are excluded unless expressly stated.

Advertised Rates

  • Advertised "from" rates are based on the lowest available lead-in room type at participating properties on selected travel dates and are subject to availability.
  • Lead-in rates may not be available across all hotels, room types or travel dates.
  • Advertised rates and savings were correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Payment

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
  • Payment for your stay will be collected by the hotel in accordance with the applicable booking policy and may be processed up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the payment terms applicable to your reservation.
  • Payments made by credit or debit card incur a 1% transaction fee. Payments made using EFTPOS do not incur a transaction fee.

Eligibility

  • Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation and check in.
  • A valid government-issued photo identification and credit card must be presented at check-in.
  • The hotel may pre-authorise a credit card to cover accommodation charges and incidental expenses during the stay.

Additional Guests

  • Additional guests, rollaway beds and cots may incur additional charges.
  • Child policies, breakfast inclusions and extra person charges vary by hotel.

Excluded Rates

  • This promotion is not available in conjunction with corporate, negotiated, wholesale, crew, industry or other contracted accommodation rates unless otherwise specified.

Promotional Inventory

  • Promotional rates are subject to limited allocation and may sell out before the promotional end date.

General

  • Bookings remain subject to Crystalbrook Collection's General Booking Terms and Conditions, Crystalbrook Crowd Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Crystalbrook Collection reserves the right to amend, withdraw, extend or terminate this promotion at any time without notice and reserves the right to correct any pricing, typographical or promotional errors.
  • Hotel blackout dates, promotional inventory and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Breakfast inclusions vary by property and are available only during each property's normal breakfast service hours and in the designated dining venue.
  • All bookings are subject to Crystalbrook Collection's general booking terms and conditions and Crystalbrook Crowd terms and conditions.
