Crank up the cool factor and let your Sundays sizzle at Fiume Rooftop Bar. Saxxy Sundays are here to offer you an unbeatable combination of delicious food, refreshing (bottomless) spritzes and live saxophone tunes that will keep your spirits high from 12pm-4pm every Sunday.
What's on the menu?
- Feed-me banquet:
- Shucked oysters with finger lime mignonette (df, gf)
- Stoned baked sourdough with smoked whipped butter and charcoal sea salt (v, vg a)
- Three-cheese flaky puff pastry, wild honey and crushed walnuts (v)
- Chargrilled asparagus with braised leaks, macadamia cheese, roasted almonds, and champagne dressing (v, vg a)
- Lamb fillet skewers - thyme and garlic lamb, tzatziki, and confit garlic oil (gf, df a)
- 2hrs bottomless spritz, featuring:
- Vincent lemon drop - A citrusy kick that'll make your taste buds dance.
- Aperol spritz - The classic favourite that never goes out of style.
- Zonzo bellini spritz - A fruity delight that'll transport you straight to spritz heaven.
