Cold

• Artisanal breads, crusty bread rolls and butter
• Freshly shucked oysters on ice with lemon and vinagraitte
• Fresh cooked ocean king prawns with cocktail Sauce
• NZ mussels with flame roasted capsicum nahm jimm sauce
• Tasmanian smoked salmon, capers, red onion, crème fraiche, lemon wedges
• Antipasto platters of pickled and marinated vegetables, charcuterie, dips and condiments

Hot

• Traditional roast turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce
• Saltbush glazed leg ham with grilled pineapple marmalade
• Roast beef with sea salt, herb and mustard crust, and Yorkshire puddings

• Beer battered fish fillets, salt and pepper calamari with lemon and tartare sauce
