RecipeTin Eats' Nagi is Coming to Newcastle!
Ever wanted to dine with one of Australia’s most celebrated cookbook authors and pick up her best culinary tips? Now’s your chance to meet Nagi from RecipeTin Eats and her adorable dog, Dozer, at Crystalbrook Kingsley during Newcastle Food Month.
Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and then indulge in a special three-course menu at Roundhouse on level 9, offering stunning city-to-sea views, plus exquisite First Creek Wines. Crystalbrook Kingsley’s newly appointed Executive Chef, Thomas Heinrich, will be preparing a seasonal menu co-curated by Nagi herself.
During the meal, Nagi will share her incredible culinary journey in a live Q&A session, hosted by Newcastle Food Month ambassador Jess Farchione. Following the Q&A, Nagi and Dozer will be available for meet and greets, signing books and photos!
Maclean’s Booksellers will be on-site with copies of Nagi’s best-selling books Dinner and Tonight available for purchase (reminder – Mother’s Day is just around the corner).
