Celebrate with stunning views of Newcastle Harbour and an exquisite 3-course menu curated by Executive Chef Thomas Heinrich. Start with sparkling wine on arrival, and surprise your loved one with a floral bouquet from The Posy Post.
Lunch: $129 per person, including a 3-course menu and a glass of sparkling wine on arrival.
Dinner: $149 per person, including a 3-course menu, a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, and a live harpist performance.

Romberg’s: Valentine’s Day Seafood Platter for Two
Indulge in a relaxed and intimate experience with Romberg’s exclusive Seafood Platter for Two. Enjoy a selection of 3 oysters, 3 king prawns, 1 Moreton Bay bug, scallop ceviche, taramasalata, salmon roe, and sourdough crumpets, served with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival.
Price: $79 per person (upgrade to Taittinger Champagne for $15pp).
Please note: Served in Romberg’s Cocktail Bar Lounge with comfortable lounge chair seating.
Love Potions: Exclusive Valentine’s Day Cocktails
This Valentine's Day, raise a glass and toast to a love with the bespoke “Cupid’s Kiss” cocktail, a refreshing blend of hibiscus, vodka, lychee, rose, and a hint of lemon, plus the "Sloe Serenade" combining Sloe gin, Chamboard, lemon and early grey. Available on the Ms Mary terrace or at Romberg’s, and best enjoyed with your special someone.

No candles, flowers, props or tableware is to be taken after your experience has ended. Charges may apply for missing items.
Cancellation + No Show Policy: In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation, and the prepayment will not be refunded or transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances. The venue will retain the payment permanently.
